These Terms govern your use of the Willa mobile app ("Willa"), provided by AuraTech Inc ("we"). By using Willa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, and able to form a binding agreement. Willa is intended for parents and caregivers.
Willa is an information and tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content (including week-by-week information, growth percentiles, medication timing, and vaccination schedules) is general and may not fit your situation. Always rely on your midwife, doctor, or a qualified clinician, and seek prompt care for any concern about movements, symptoms, growth, or labour. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
You own the data and photos you add to Willa. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate features you switch on — for example, to sync your logs to your household account or to store your photos in your private cloud backup. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.
Some features are part of Willa+, a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel in your Google Play account. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies.
Please don't misuse Willa — including attempting to breach security, access other households' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use it unlawfully.
We work to keep Willa reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available". Features may change, and cloud sync/backup depend on third-party services and your connection.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willa is provided without warranties of any kind, and AuraTech Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the app's information. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Willa and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless local mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
